Our 2024 Code of Ethics, approved by the Board on 20 January 2025, sets fundamental principles binding since 1221, aligned with the UN Global Compact Ten Principles and the Sustainable Development Goals. It covers workplace inclusion, diversity, health and safety, anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, conflict of interest, Science Based Targets decarbonisation, artificial intelligence guidelines from the European Commission, and whistleblowing under Legislative Decree 231/01.

Our 2024 Sustainability Policies, approved by the Board on 20 January 2025, set ten guiding principles rooted in the Code of Ethics since 1221, aligned with the UN Global Compact, the Paris Agreement, and Women's Empowerment Principles. Six dedicated policies cover health and safety, diversity and inclusion, environment and resources, energy and climate targeting net zero by 2050, rights and society, and quality and responsibility, binding all stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.

Our 2024 Partnership Charter, approved by the Board on 20 January 2025, sets the standards Partners and third parties in the value chain, including suppliers, contractors, distributors and co-investors, must demonstrably meet. Built on the Code of Ethics and Sustainability Policies, it covers human and labour rights, health and safety, environment, and integrity, compliance and transparency, with non-alignment grounds for contract termination, verified through self-assessment questionnaires and audits.
