• Description

  Lavender and chamomile are among the aromatic plants documented in the Officina’s medicinal preparations from its earliest centuries of practice. Both were cultivated and distilled by the Dominican friars at Santa Maria Novella for their soothing and restorative properties. This scented candle draws on these preparations, pairing lavender and chamomile with light woods in a composition designed for calm diffusion.

• How to use

  Place on a heat-resistant surface before lighting. On first use, allow the wax to melt evenly across the entire surface. Trim the wick to 3-5 mm before each use and keep it centred. Do not burn for more than three hours at a time. Extinguish with a candle snuffer. Never leave unattended, and do not move while lit or while the wax remains liquid.
