Angeli di Firenze Eau de Cologne, created to commemorate the volunteers who protected Florence following the flood of 4 November 1966. Peach and orange at the opening. Marine notes and jasmine at the heart. Sandalwood and musk at the base.

The Mud Angels were volunteers who arrived from around the world in November 1966 to salvage Florence's artistic and cultural heritage from the floodwaters. The Eau de Cologne marks the 40th anniversary of that act of international solidarity with an aquatic structure: hesperidic and fruited in opening, marine and floral at the heart, woody and musky at the base. Wonderful service ..The opening notes are beautiful, aquatic fresh,airy,sweet and fruity but the dry down has a hint of rubber to me, maybe from the melon notes?.Lovely scent but unfortunately the dry down base notes seem harsh to me following the lighter top and mid notes.. Beautiful bottle and customer service is excellent..Look forward to trying other scents from them .
