In India, the long roots of vetiver are woven to create aromatic mats used to scent spaces when trodden upon. This dry and refined fragrance opens with a citrusy freshness, setting the stage for an enveloping heart of rose and bitter orange blossoms. Lastly, the vanilla base, with musky notes, adds a warm and earthy depth.

A great discovery

Years ago my husband bought this perfume in a little niche perfume shop in Zagreb. He adored it. And so did I! It's a very special scent, unforgettable. Unfortunately, this perfume shop closed for good. He finished the bottle and we were searching for this perfume in many, many perfume shops in Zagreb in the past few years but none of them sells it. There is a perfume shop which sells Officina Profumo Farmaceutica Santa Maria Novella's perfumes but not the whole range and not Vetiver. We emailed them asking if they could include this one as well but unfortunately it was not possible at that moment. So, yesterday I purchased a bottle from your web shop, along with the discovery kit to sample some more of your perfumes because I'm absolutely positive they are all divine! It's my husband's big 50th birthday on Friday and it's going to be a surprise for him. I can't wait! Fingers crossed it arrives by then. Keep up with excellent work! It's pure art.
