When will my account be debited for the order that I placed on your e-commerce site?
Your credit card will be charged when your order is confirmed. If a product ordered is not available, our Client Service will contact you by email. You can choose between proceeding the order, without the unavailable product, or you can also cancel your order.
What do I do if my payment is refused?
In case of refused payment, your order will not be received in our systems. Please check with your bank for any limitations, or try a different card or method of payment to complete your order.
How do I access my receipt?
Your order summary will be sent to you by email once your order is confirmed. Your order information will also be accessible in your "My Account" area on the website.
Is VAT included in the selling price of your products?
Our prices are always inclusive of VAT for EU orders. The amount of VAT charged is stated both in the order summary and on your order confirmation. For extra EU orders VAT is not included, and will be removed automatically on the checkout page when the shipping address is entered. Customs fees will be borne by the customer.
How can I get a commercial invoice?
If you need a commercial invoice, please contact our client service at clientserviceuk@smnovella.com before placing an order. This operation cannot be done through our website.
What are the accepted payment methods?
We currently accept all the credit cards listed on our website.
Do you accept “cash on delivery” payments?
Cash on delivery is not available as a payment option on our website.
